Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery of Flat-Plate Solar Collector Panels for the U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi. The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi invites quotations from qualified vendors to supply and deliver flat-plate solar collector panels and associated mounting hardware, water-connection accessories, and spare glazing panels for the Embassy Compounds solar water heating system. The requirement consists of eighty-one (81) flat-plate solar collector panels (approx. 1980×980×90 mm, aluminum frame, Tinox blue-coated selective absorber, 22 mm copper headers, 3.2 mm low-iron tempered glass, certified to ISO 9806 / EN 12975-2 with Solar Keymark or equivalent), eighty-one (81) stainless steel Z mounting bracket sets (four brackets plus all compatible fasteners per collector, 324 brackets in total), one (1) lot water-connection accessory kit (15 nos. ½ automatic air vents, thermowell sensor pockets, and all associated fittings), six (6) spare solar safety glazing panels (3.2 mm low-iron tempered, certified to EN 12150 or ASTM C1048), and shipping and handling to the U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi. All items shall be delivered FOB Destination within forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of order. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov, copying BactadMA@state.gov. Please mark the subject line Quotation Enclosed RFQ No. PR16115542. Only PDF attachments are accepted, and the file size must not exceed 10 MB. If the file size should exceed 10 MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10 MB each. To be considered, your quotation package must include: SF-1449 (Blocks 17a, 23, 24, 30a, 30b & 30c completed); Pricing Schedule (Section 1, Block 23 Continuation Pages), with prices quoted in Arab Emirate Dirham (AED); Representations and Certifications (Section 5); bidder point of contact; past performance information; evidence of capacity to perform; a valid commercial or business license (or equivalent business registration issued by the jurisdiction in which the bidder is established); manufacturer datasheets and product certifications; a proposed delivery schedule; and a technical compliance statement addressing each of the pass/fail criteria in Section 4. Bids missing any of the above will be considered incomplete and may be rejected without further evaluation.
