A Feasibility Study Has Been Completed And Identified Deficiencies Within The Existing Space. The Consultant Shall Review The Feasibility Report And Address All Identified Deficiencies, As Well As Any Additional Issues Discovered During The Design Process. The Consultant Shall Conduct Further Site Investigations As Required To Assess The Condition And Performance Of Existing Systems And Determine Whether Modifications Or Upgrades Are Necessary To Support The New Equipment, With A Focus On Determining Whether Upgrades Or Modifications Are Needed To The Hvac, Electrical, Drainage, Or Data Connectivity Systems.
