Faaborg Museum Wishes To Find A Collaboration Partner Who Can Help Develop And Realize The Museums Visions And Wishes To Secure Carl Petersens Museum Building (Also Referred To As The Carl Petersen Wing), Which Is Both The Framework For The Museums Work, But Also The Museums Largest Work Of Art In Its Own Right. Faaborg Museum Therefore Wants To Find A Total Consultant Who Can Enter Into A Constructive And Value-Creating Collaboration With Faaborg Museum On This Task. The Advisory Task Includes Technical Advice And Assistance In Connection With The Restoration Of The Carl Petersen Wing By Preparing Outline Proposals, Building Program. Project Proposal, Authority Projects, Tender And Execution Project, Professional Supervision, Construction Management (Option), Amk (B) (Option), Project Follow-Up, Delivery And Handover To Operation And 1St Year Inspection. The Assignment Also Includes Project Work Related To Refurbishment Of The Café Wing, Which Can Be Accommodated Within The Budget. The Fee Model Is Composed Of A Budget Frame Up To And Including An Approved Outline Proposal And A Fixed Price Thereafter. The Total Expected Expenditure For The Execution Of The Contract Amounts To Dkk 40 Million. Kroner Excl. Vat (K2, 2026), Including Building Site, Winter Measures And Amount Set Aside For Unforeseen Expenses. The Amount Includes The Restoration Of The Carl Petersen Wing And Only The Works In The Café Wing That Can Be Accommodated Within The Budget. The Projects Financing Is Made Up Of Donations From Several Parties. Specifically, The Project Is Financed By Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality, A.P. The Møller Foundation, The Augustinus Foundation And The Louis Hansen Foundation As Well As A Special Government Grant.
