Information Technology Services – 7Up Project Technical Expert Support 2026-2028. Creation Of An Upgraded, New Plant Control (Industrial Process Control And Monitoring System - Scada) System, Which Includes The Following: ◾ Acquisition Of New Infrastructure, Construction Of System Environments, ◾ Acquisition Of A New Application, ◾ Porting Of The Functions Required To Connect To The Mavir Specific Gcs And Mari/Picasso Platforms Developed According To Current Requirements, ◾ Necessary Modifications Of Related Systems (Parameterization And Matching Of Interfaces), ◾ Application System And Software Environment Installation And Testing, ◾ Uninterrupted Transition From The Existing Application. The Task Of The Contractor Is The Technical Expert Support Of The Above Goals In The 7Up Project. In This Framework, The Contractor Contributes To The Definition Of The Technical Scope, The Updating Of The Technical Requirements, And Then During The Procurement Procedures, He Participates On The Customers Side In The Evaluation Of The Technical Offers, In The Negotiations With The Bidder, In The Contract Conclusion Procedure, In The Development, Acceptance And Commissioning Processes. Framework Quantity: 1,700 Engineering Days The Bidder Is Obliged To Draw Up To 70% Of The Framework Quantity, I.E. 1,190 Engineering Days. The Tenderer Undertakes No Obligation To Draw The Quantity In Excess Of This, Either In Whole Or In Part.
