Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Functional And Utility Program (Design Documentation Including Land Development, Architectural, Construction And Technical Design) For: • Reconstruction Of The Dn1000 Pressure Pipeline Supplying The Pożegowo Clean Water Reservoirs, Along With Technological Chambers, On The Section From The K10w13 Chamber (Puszczykowo Ul. Dąbrowskiego/Radosna) To The Chamber Located In The Area Of The Clean Water Reservoirs (Zwc) Pożegowo In Mosina As Part Of The Investment Task No. 3-05-15-058-0 Poznań And Communes - Eastern Main And Water Supply Chambers, Along With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit For The Construction Of Construction Works Or Obtaining A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection By The Architectural And Construction Administration Authority Accepting The Construction Notification, Respectively. For The Task In Question (Aquanet S.A. Allows Obtaining A Building Permit Decision In Electronic Form. Whether The Building Permit Will Be Obtained In Paper Or Electronic Form Is At The Contractors Discretion) And Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Phase Of Works Performed On The Basis Of The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order From The Date Of Concluding The Contract With The Contractor Of Construction Works To Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of These Works. Forming The Basis Of Design. As Part Of The Authors Supervision, The Following Should Be Provided: • Supervision Cards With A Stay On The Construction Site - 10 Supervision Cards • Supervision Cards Without A Stay On The Construction Site - 10 Supervision Cards, Including All Supervision Cards 20. If It Is Necessary To Increase The Number Of Stays On The Construction Site Or Increase The Number Of Supervision Cards Without Staying On The Construction Site, The Unit Prices From The Agreement On The Authors Supervision For The Above-Mentioned Works Will Be Accepted For Settlement.
