Refuse Disposal And Treatment – Service Consisting In Successive Collection For Further Management In The Waste Recovery Process With Code 20 03 07 – Large-Size Waste. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Acceptance Of Waste With Code 20 03 07 From Residents, Selectively Collected At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points Located At Ul. Meteorytowa 1 In Suchy Las. Bulky Waste Includes, Among Others: Tables, Cabinets, Wardrobes, Chairs, Chests Of Drawers, Kitchen Furniture, Sofas, Beds, Couches, Armchairs, Shelves, Strollers And Wheelchairs, Carpets, Rugs, Mattresses, Ironing Boards, Clothes Dryers, Door Leaves And Other Similar Waste Containing Wooden, Fiber, Metal, Sponge, Plastic, Fabric And Other Elements. 2) Transport Of Waste With Code 20 03 07 From The Place Indicated In Point 1) Above To The Place Of Final Management Of The Accepted Waste By Subjecting It To The Recovery Process In The Installation Provided By The Contractor And Indicated In The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows For The Indirect Transfer Of Waste To The Place Of Final Waste Management, Provided That An Indirect Stage Of Waste Management May Only Be Its Processing (Including In Processes And Places Other Than The Place Of Final Disposal, E.G. The R12 Process). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Waste Collection Process To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, 3) Ensuring The Acceptance Of Waste With Code 20 03 07 At Each Place Of Management Of The Indicated Waste Fraction Provided By The Contractor, 4) Management Through Recovery Of Waste With Code 20 03 07 Accepted By The Contractor From The Ordering Party, 5) Fulfillment Of All Other Obligations, Including Recording, Reporting And Information Related To The Management Process Waste From The Moment Of Its Acceptance By The Contractor To The Moment Of Final Management Through Recovery. 2. The Service Includes: 1) Acceptance, Transport And Management Through Recovery Of Waste Code 20 03 07. 2) Services Provided On The Above-Mentioned Basis. Waste Fractions In An Amount Not Exceeding 1000 Mg In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2026 Or Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract Is Reached. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order At A Minimum Level Of 20% Of The Order Waste Volume. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Attachments (Opz). The Subject Of The Order Along With Annexes (Opz).
