The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Lunches For Children From The Primary School. Cyprian Godebski In Raszyn And Meals As Part Of The Feeding Program For The Poorest Children Implemented By The Ordering Party In The School Year 2026/2027 In The Scope Of: 1) Preparing, Delivering And Serving Lunches For Children From The Primary School. Cyprian Godebski In Raszyn At Ul. Szkolna 2 And At Ul. European Union 1 - Settlements Directly With Parents/Legal Guardians Of Children Regarding Input Into The Boiler, 2) Provision Of Canteen Rooms - The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Equip Kitchens And Canteens With Equipment Necessary For Preparing And Serving Meals In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations, In Particular Kitchen Technological Lines, Stoves, Tilting Frying Pans, Gas Burners, Refrigeration Devices For Storing Products Necessary For Preparing Meals, Devices For Maintaining The Temperature Of Meals Served, Dishwashers, Steamers, Tables And Chairs For The Canteen Rooms (In Two Buildings), Tableware (Plates And Cutlery) For The Entire Duration Of The Contract - In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Relevant Services. Meals Will Be Prepared In The Kitchen Run By The Contractor Located In The Building At Ul. Szkolna 2 In (05-090) Raszyn, Which Will Be Rented By The Contractor On The Basis Of A Lease Agreement, The Proposed Provisions Of Which Are Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Used By The Contractor When Performing The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order In The Field Of Preparing Lunches For Children Have Appropriate Qualifications And Experience Necessary To Perform The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order. Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Rooms Where Meals Are Served - Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Prepare Meals Only In The Kitchen Indicated Above.
