Repair And Maintenance Services Of Escalators – Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of 108 Otis 513 Npe Brand Escalators And 16 Kone, Thyssen And Otis Brand Moving Walkways. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Otis 513 Npe Brand Escalators And 16 Moving Walks (Otis, Kone, Thyssen) In Service On The Ratp Network. The Holder Undertakes To Monitor, Maintain, Maintain, Troubleshoot And Ensure The Regular Operation Of The Devices In Accordance With The Relevant Safety Requirements. It Provides All The Services Necessary To Carry Out Its Main Mission Of Equipment Maintenance, Namely: - Preventive And Corrective Maintenance - The Supply And Replacement Of Parts - Maintaining Regulatory Compliance; - Reporting And Technical Monitoring; The Quality Of Services Determines The Modulation Of Remuneration Based On The Assessment Of Results. Ratp Has The Option Of Internalizing The Maintenance Of Part Or All Of The Moving Walkways Over The Duration Of The Contract. This Consultation Will Result In A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders For A Period Of 24 Firm Months, Tacitly Renewable Once (1) Per Period Of 24 Months, I.E. A Maximum Duration Of 48 Months (24 Months + 24 Months), From The Date Of The First Delivery Or Service Order (Ols) Issued By Ratp. The Detailed Description Of All The Services To Be Carried Out Is Indicated In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp) Of This Contract. The Conditions For Carrying Out All The Services To Be Carried Out Are Described In The Specifications Of Special Implementation Conditions (Ccpr) Of This Contract. This Contract Includes An Obligation Of Results Taking Into Account The Constraints And Requirements Of The Ratp, The Holder Must Constantly Adapt Its Services According To The Evolution Of The Needs, Traffic, Constraints And Structures Of The Ratp.
