General Presentation This Contract Aims To Establish A New Rental Contract With Maintenance And Supply Of Consumables For A Certain Number Of A3 Color Mfps (Multiple Function Printers), A4 Mfps And Simple B&W Printers. More Precisely, The City Wishes To Rent, For All Municipal Services (Excluding Municipal Education) And For A Period Of 48 Months: 34 A3 Copiers 32 A4 Copiers 13 Printers. Concerning A3 Copiers, Given Their Widespread Use By Services, The Offers Must Relate To New And Standardized Equipment. Concerning A4 Copiers, For The Sake Of Budgetary Savings, Offers Must Relate To Used Equipment (Or Reconditioned, Financially Amortized), Standardized (Same Consumables), But Whose Remaining Life Can Cover The Duration Of The Market (48 Months), Taking Into Account The Estimated Quantities. In This Case, The City Is Interested In Offers With Free Rental And With Only A Price Per Click Respectively B&W And Colors. Concerning B&W Printers, The Offers Must Relate To New And Standardized Equipment. The Proposed Price Will Include The Installation And Connection To The Citys Computer Network Of All Equipment. The Price Invoiced Will Include, In Addition To The Rental Which Will Cover The Cost Of The Omnium, The Price Of The Black & White Copy And The Price Of The Color Copy In The Case Of Mfps. The Price Invoiced Will Also Include The Cost Of Recovering The Equipment At The End Of The Rental (Price Presented Separately Or Included In The Other Prices). At The Time Of Execution Of The Contract, The Quantities Ordered May Each Differ Downwards Or Upwards From Those Mentioned In The Quantity Survey. Training Is Planned For Installation And, On Request, For User Personnel Or Personnel In Charge Of Park Management. The Equipment Offered For Rental Is, In All Cases, Covered By An All-Inclusive Maintenance Contract. Prices Are Established For A Rental Period Of 12 Months Given That An Annual Indexation On The Anniversary Date Can Be Applied By The Supplier On The Basis Of The Consumer Price Index (For Example, The Index In May 2026: 103.26 In Base 2025 = 100). Preventive Maintenance Must Be Carried Out Each Contractual Year And Be Certified By Machine (Sticker, Notebook, Tablet, Etc.) With A Statement Provided To The Market Supervisor. If Necessary, The City Can Request A Second Preventive Maintenance In The Same Year, At No Additional Cost.
