Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Water sanitation and hygiene The following ITB would like to evaluate the cost estimation for the Rehabilitation of Sfaynet El Dreib Wastewater Treatment Plant in accordance with the BOQ. PCPM hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. The only eligible applicants for this ITB are legally registered entities in Lebanon. How to apply Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an Expression of Interest by email to lebanon.procurement@pcpm.org.pl, indicating the willingness to be a part of this bid. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB. Should you require any further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB. A Mandatory site visit will take place on the 14th of July, 2026. Interested bidders are requested to communicate the contact information of the person who will be at the site visits. Bidders who miss the site visit will be automatically dropped from the process.
