1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Primary School In Stary Lubosz. The Building Of The Primary School In Stare Lubosz, Which Is Subject To Expansion, Is A Public Utility Building With A Teaching And Administrative Function. The Subject Of The Order Is An Extension Consisting In The Addition Of An Educational Part With A Canteen And Additional Rooms To The Existing School Building. The Expansion Is Aimed At Improving The Functionality Of The Existing Facility. Expansion Parameters: Net Volume - 2347.47 M3, Gross Volume - 3997.90 M3, Building Area - 544.05 M2, Usable Area - 800.23 M2, Total Area - 1035.88 M2, Building Height - 9.5 M, Building Length - 24.66 M, Building Width 26.08 M. Newly Designed Part The Building Was Functionally Connected To The Existing School Building Through A Ground-Floor Connector, Which Serves As Communication, With Access To The Outside On Both Sides. On The Ground Floor There Are Two Teaching Rooms Intended For Classes, An Office Room (Office/Room), As Well As Sanitary Facilities Including Public Toilets And A Sanitary Room Adapted For Use By People With Disabilities. On The Ground Floor There Are Two Technical Rooms And A Storage Room Separated By A Vestibule, As Well As Two Storage Rooms. A Canteen Was Designed In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Connector. The Canteen Facilities Include A Catering Kitchen, A Dishwasher, An Annex For Storing Thermoses And Social Facilities For Employees With A Toilet. Communication Between Floors Is Provided By Two Staircases And A Passenger Lift. On The First Floor There Are Five Teaching Rooms And A Separate Office Area, Including The Principals Office, A Staff Room With A Kitchenette And A Toilet For Staff. The Floor Also Includes Sanitary Facilities In The Central Part And A Storage Room. The Building Will Be Equipped With Sanitary Installations: Water And Sewage, Heating, Mechanical Ventilation, Cooling, Rainwater, Gas, As Well As Electrical, Lightning Protection And Photovoltaic Installations. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Demolition Works, Land Development, Construction Of A New Water Connection And Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Existing Gas Installation In The School Building.
