1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An External Elevator Shaft Along With The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Passenger Lift In An Existing Building In Dzierżoniów At Ul. Świdnicka 38, In Order To Ensure The Accessibility Of The Facility For People With Special Needs. The Order Will Be Co-Financed From Pfron Funds Under Area B Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii. 2. Building Of The District Office In Dzierżoniów At Ul. Świdnicka 38 Is Included In The List Of Immovable Monuments Of The City Of Dzierżoniów. 3. For The Construction Project In Question, The Ordering Party Has A Building Permit Decision No. 20/2024 Of January 16, 2024. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Performance Of The Necessary Demolition, Dismantling And Security Works; 2) Making Forgings And Structural Reinforcements Of The Existing Building; 3) Construction Of Excavations, Foundations, Pit Pit And Reinforced Concrete Structure Of The Elevator Shaft; 4) Construction Of Shaft Walls, Headboard, Moisture- And Thermal Insulation, And Roof Covering, Including Sheet Metal Work And Drainage; 5) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of An Electric Passenger Lift With A Capacity Of 630 Kg, Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities, With Three Stops; 6) Execution Of Finishing Works, Including Floors, Plasters, Painting, Insulation And Finishing Of The Shaft Facade, And Restoration Of Building Elements Damaged During The Works; 7) Execution Of The Necessary Electrical Installations Related To The Operation Of The Lift, Including, Among Others: Power Supply, Shaft Lighting, Call System, Grounding And Lightning Protection System; 8) Performing The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements, Adjustments And Commissioning Of Devices; 9) Tidying Up The Work Area, Removing And Managing Waste Generated During The Task. Note: The Scope Of Works Does Not Include Hydrant Water Installations Or Sap Installations. 5. A Detailed Description Of Construction Works Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 6. The Design Documentation Consists Of: 1) Construction Design, 2) Detailed Design, 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior), 4) Bill Of Quantities. 7. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Only Informational And Auxiliary Documentation In Preparing The Offer (It Is Not A Document Constituting The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order). 8. Whenever In The Design Documentation Or Stwior There Is A Reference To A Non-Mandatory International Or National Standard, It Should Be Understood That The Ordering Party Allows In The Offer Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Quoted Non-Mandatory National Or International Standard. 9.
