Core Deliverables Participatory conflict maps (GIS layers + community-verified visuals) Comprehensive analytical report (15,00020,000 words) with risk scenarios Digital Mapping Atlas and anonymized raw data package Stakeholder validation workshop facilitation Knowledge Transfer Brief for ERP staff Required Expertise Education: Masters degree in Conflict Studies, Geography, Anthropology, or related field Experience: 7+ years in conflict analysis (minimum 3 years in South Sudan; Western Equatoria knowledge preferred) Technical: Proficiency in GIS software and participatory action research (PAR) Security: HEAT certification or equivalent field security training Languages: Professional English required; Zande/Arabic/local languages advantageous.
