Bid documents can be obtained from the Accounts Section of the Matale District General Hospital Office from 07/07/2026 to 29/07/2026 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on normal working days and up to 10.00 a.m. on 30/07/2026. To obtain bid documents, documents in support of eligibility and a non-refundable bid form fee of Rs. 2,000.00 should be submitted along with the receipt in common form 172 obtained after payment in cash to the Accounts Section of the Shroff of the District General Hospital.
