Vehicle Towing-Away Services – Vehicle Removal Service From The Public Roads Of The Benicàssim City Council And Management Of Hazardous Waste In The Decontamination Activity Of Vehicles At The End Of Their Useful Life.. The Object Of This Contract Is The Removal Service From Public Roads, Throughout The Municipality Of Benicassim, Which By Order Of The Local Police Must Be Removed From The Aforementioned, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Current Legislation On Traffic, Road Transport And All Regulations That Regulate Circulation On Urban Roads, And In Municipal Ordinances, With The Work Of Removal And Transfer Of All Types Of Vehicles Being Understood To Be Included In The Object Of The Contract, To The Municipal Facilities Enabled For Such Purpose Or Destination As Indicated. The Local Police In Accordance With The First Clause Of The Pcap. Also Part Of This Contract Is The Removal From The Municipal Warehouse Or Place Where They Are Deposited For Transfer To An Authorized Reception, Destruction And Decontamination Center (Card), Of Those Vehicles Abandoned On Public Roads By Their Owners And Have Been Declared As Rsu.
