Of All Technical-Professional And Horizontal Conditions Contained In Points The Designer Is Obliged To Enforce The Dnah Principle [Article 9 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852] During The Design And To Issue A Designers Statement About It. The Designer Is Obliged To Enforce The Principle Of Keeping The Waters In Place [147/2010. (Iv.29.) Government Decree § 4 (6) Para.] And To Present The Planned Solution In The Technical Documentation. The Designer Is Obliged To Present The Method Of Preserving Biological Activity In The Design Documentation And To Issue A Designers Statement About It. The Designer Is Obliged To Comply With The Barrier-Free Regulations For Public Area Developments In Eút 03.05.12 Barrier-Free Road Facilities. Validate According To The Road Technical Regulations And The Principle Of Universal Planning, And Submit The Barrier-Free Design Chapter As Part Of The Technical Documentation. The Designer Is Obliged To Include Visibility Elements And Logos According To The Effective Széchenyi Plan Plusz Image Manual And The Information Obligations Of Beneficiaries In The 2021–2027 Development Cycle (Ktk Plusz) Guide On The Plans And Technical Description. In All Planning Phases Of The Development, The Designer Is Obliged To Examine The Environmental-Ecological, Water, Landscape Architecture And Traffic Aspects - Including Motor Vehicle, Bicycle And Pedestrian Traffic - In A Complex Manner, In Their Mutual Influence, And Present Them In The Design Documentation. During The Entire Planning And Construction Process, The Designer Is Obliged To Comply With The Requirements Of Msz 12042:2023 (Protection Of Trees In Construction Areas) And Msz 12172:2019 (Planting Ornamental Trees And Ornamental Shrubs In Public Areas Of Settlements). Proper Shading Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes Must Be Ensured By Planting Trees In The Plans. When Planning The Plant Application, The Designer Is Obliged To Use Native Species That Match The Ecological Conditions Of The Area, To Exclude The Planting Of Invasive Species, And To Strive To Create Close-To-Natural Habitats. For The Plant Species To Be Planted, Species Prone To Invasion Listed In Point 13.3 B) I. 17 Of The Call Must Be Taken Into Account
