Road Construction Works – Engineering For Socialization And Repair Of The Infrastructure And The Route To The Biserna Cave. The Scope Of The Project Includes The Restoration Of 600 (Six Hundred) Meters Of Amortized Asphalt Pavement On The Approach Road To Biserna Cave, And The Creation Of A Car Parking Area, Without Violating The Environmental Requirements Of The Region. The Following Activities Will Be Carried Out: Activity I. Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase And Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Cmr Of The Site On The Following Parts Of The Investment Project: Part Geodesy, Part Road, Part Constructive, Part Waterworks, Part Vobd, Part Permanent Organization Of Traffic, Part Fire Safety, Part Pbz, Part Puso, Accounting Documentation, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Current Sub-Normative Regulation, Specified In The Technical Specification To This Documentation; Activity Ii. Implementation Of The Smr On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Technical Investment Project, In Compliance With The Requirements Of All Laws, Rules, Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria At The Moment, Regarding The Implementation Of Objects And Works Of Such A Nature, According To The Technical Specifications Of The Public Procurement. Cmp Activities To Be Carried Out Include: • Site Preparation By Breaking, Milling Or Removing Existing Pavement As Required. • Earthworks – Excavations, Embankments And Compaction To Shape The Project Profile, If Necessary. • Implementation Of New Road Construction – Base Layers, Binder And Wearing Asphalt Concrete. • Laying A Horizontal Marking After Finishing The Pavements. • Provision Of Temporary Organization Of Traffic During Construction And Permanent Organization After Its Completion. • Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Approved Investment Project, The Quantitative Accounts And The Technical Specifications; Activity Iii. Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction Within The Scope According To Art. 162 Of The Zut. • Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision Of Data To The Relevant Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre Office According To Art. 54A, Para. 2 Of The Law On Cadastre And Property Register; Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Approved Investment Project, The Quantitative Accounts And The Technical Specifications; • Handover Of The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, With Deed Model 15 Under Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; • Commissioning Of The Object - Protocol Form 16 According To Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction. The Category Of The Object Is The Iii Letter «A», According To Art. 6 (1) Item 1 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types.
