A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz And Stwiorb (Annex No. 17 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed In Accordance With The Guidelines Indicated In This Documentation (Annex No. 16 To The Swz) And Instructions, As Well As The Standards Constituting An Annex To The Swz (Annex No. 18 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 14 To The Swz). 3. The Ordering Party Requires That: 3.1. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Carried Out Exclusively Using (Regardless Of Its Method Or Scope) Software, Materials, Products Or Devices That Come From: 3.1.1. From Member States Of The European Union Or 3.1.2.
