Sports Facilities Operation Services – Operation Of Swimming Pools And Sports Hall. The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude An Operating Agreement For The Management And Operation Of Municipal Sports And Social Accommodations, Namely Swimming Pools And A Sports Hall With Meeting Functions. The Assignment Includes The Integral Exploitation, Management And Provision Of These Accommodations, Whereby The Operator Obtains The Right To Operate The Accommodations On A Risk-Bearing Basis And To Generate Operating Income, Within The Framework Of This Tender. The Operating Agreement Relates To The Operation Of The Following Accommodation(S): • Mfa De Niervaert; • De Bosselaar Sports Hall; • Outdoor Swimming Pool De Bosselaar.
