Supporting Services For The Government – ​​Technical Assistance For The “Cajou+ – Competitiveness And Sustainability Of The Cashew Sector” Program. The “Cajou ± Competitiveness And Sustainability Of The Cashew Sector In Côte D’Ivoire” Program Aims To Mobilize Public And Private Investments In Order To Strengthen The Competitiveness, Sustainability And Inclusiveness Of The Sector. It Is Co-Financed By: • Loan From The United Nations European Investment Bank (Eib). • Contribution Of The European Union Under The Ivcdci — Paa 2026. • Contribution Of The Une Of The Ivorian State Through The Cotton, Cashew And Shea Council (Ccak). The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Supporting The Ccak And The Eu Delegation In Côte Divoire, For The Implementation And Monitoring Of National Strategies And Action Plans Within The Framework Of Eib Financing. The Services In Question Will Be Better Provided By The Service Provider For The Following Reasons (Non-Exhaustive, Possibly Cumulative): • The High Level Of Specialization Required Is Not Available In-House; • The Need For Flexibility And Availability To Meet Evolving And Growing Needs. The Use Of External Consulting Services Is Necessary To Meet The Objectives And Operational Needs Of The Action And In Particular I) To Support The Ccak In The Challenges In Terms Of Adaptation And Monitoring Of The Rapid Development Of The Sector; Ii) In Order To Monitor The Implementation Of National Strategies And Action Plans Within The Framework Of Eib Financing, Iii) In Order To Strengthen The Knowledge Of All Stakeholders In The Sector To Improve The Relevance, Effectiveness And Inclusiveness Of Implementation Policies And Strategies.
