Graffiti Removal Services – Protection And Removal Service For Graffiti, Tags, Posters And Mosaics. The Public Establishment Of The Louvre Museum (Epml) Is Taking Action To Remove Wild Posters, Tags, Graffiti And Mosaics Affixed To Facades And Other Exposed Surfaces Located In Its Administrative Area. This Contract Falls Within This Framework And Concerns The Following Outdoor Spaces: • The Entire Public Establishment Of The Louvre Museum (Epml – Buildings, Courtyards And Gardens), • The Eugène Delacroix Museum. The Objective Assigned To The Holder Is To Maintain The Surfaces In A State That Complies With The Requirements Defined By The Conservation Of Architectural Heritage. Achieving This Objective Constitutes An Obligation Of Results. Graffiti/Tag Is Considered To Be Any Drawing, Inscription Or Signature Made On A Surface Using Staining Agents Of Any Nature Regardless Of The Method Of Affixing. Any Poster, Flyer Or Sticker That Has Been Put Up By People Outside The Epml Or Without Authorization From The Epml Is Considered To Be Wild Posting. A Mosaic Is Considered To Be Any Thin Element Whatever Its Material (Terracotta, Mirror, Plastic, Etc.) Glued To A Surface By People Outside The Epml Or Without Authorization From The Epml. All Of The Expected Services, Their Scope, The Spaces Concerned And The Expected Results Are Detailed In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp).
