Passenger Cars – Delivery To The Kwp In Gdańsk 19 Pcs. C-Segment Motor Vehicles In The Police Version Marked With A Hev Type Hybrid System. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery To The Police Headquarters In Gdańsk Of 19 C-Segment Motor Vehicles In The Police Version Marked With A Hev Hybrid System. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Two Tasks Is Included In Annex No. 12 To The Swz. The Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 11 To The Swz. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Determining The Requirements: A) Covering Economic, Environmental, Social, Innovation, Employment Or Information Confidentiality Aspects, In Accordance With Art. 96, Above Act 0 - No 1 - Yes Reducing Environmental Pollution By Allowing Only Vehicles Equipped With An Engine With A Hybrid Hev Drive System To Operate. To Confirm Compliance With This Clause, The Contractor Is Obliged, At The Stage Of Submitting The Tender Offer, To Submit In The Documentation A Copy Of The Ec Certificate Of Conformity For A Vehicle Powered By An Hev Hybrid Engine And A Vehicle With A Purely Internal Combustion Engine. The Above Documents Will Be Used To Calculate The Ecological Profit To Be Obtained. Vehicles Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Ministers Of Interior And Administration, National Defense, Finance And Justice Of March 22, 2019 On Special Vehicles And Vehicles Used For Special Purposes Of The Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anticorruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Tax Administration, Prison Service And Fire Brigade (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 594). The Vehicles Should Be Built Using Base Vehicles With Approval Issued In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.1251, Consolidated Text) Or The Regulation (Eu) 2018/858 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 30 May 2018 On The Approval And Market Surveillance Of Motor Vehicles And Their Trailers, As Well As Systems, Components And Separate Technical Units Intended For These Vehicles, Amending Regulations (Ec) No. 715/2007 And (Ec) 595/2009 And Repealing Directive 2007/46/Ec (Oj L No. 151, P. 1, As Amended). All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
