Request for Information for Courier and Outbound Pouch Services. The Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for three years for on-call provision of courier and outbound pouch services. The U.S. Government (USG) will consider only companies meeting all criteria. Only companies specializing in this field should apply. The offerer shall: submit a price list of services as per the Scope of Work (SOW) contained hereinafter submit international and local tariff and prices for pouch clearance services at the Saudi ports submit evidence of deep knowledge, strong expertise, and past experience of relevant services (i-e: Company profile) submit proof of legal existence in Saudi Arabia (i-e: Commercial Registration and VAT Certificate) ensure offer is dated, signed, and valid for 30 calendar days after submission register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (If the offerer is not registered in the SAM, they may do so through the SAM website at www.SAM.gov submit their offer and documents in the English language The U.S. Government shall: establish a BPA for three (3) years and an authorized BPA Caller shall, as the need arises, place the order process the payments within 30 days of receipt of invoices after the satisfactory completion of services against each individual order (i-e: NET 30 Days Credit) Submission: Interested parties should submit their offers to the Embassy Procurement Office at the following email address before 17:00 Hrs.
