The selected training providers will deliver market-oriented vocational training programs in these target areas. This procurement process is conducted in accordance with the principles of transparency, fairness, equal opportunity, non-discrimination, and value for money.As part of its 2026-2027 programming, NABAA aims to strengthen youth employability and economic self-reliance by contracting qualified VTCs to deliver market-oriented vocational training. The objective is to select one or more competent VTCs to design and deliver high-quality vocational training programs that respond to labor market needs and enhance employment and income-generation opportunities for youth. SCOPE OF SERVICES Design and/or adapt vocational training curricula aligned with market demand. Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions. Train up to 1,000 youth during the contract period. Provide all required training materials, tools, and equipment. Conduct assessments and issue certificates or competency attestations. Coordinate closely with NABAA and submit reports.
