1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of 2 Residential Premises From The Municipal Resource In Gorzów Wielkopolski With Financial Support From The Subsidies Fund On The Terms Specified In The Act Of December 8, 2006 On Financial Support For Certain Housing Projects, In Accordance With The Project Documentation. The Scope Of This Part Applies To Premises At Al. Konstytucji 3 Maja 63/5 And At Ul. Armii Polskiej 22/17 In Gorzów Wlkp.2. The Scope Of Work Includes General Construction And Installation Works, In Accordance With The Attached Bills Of Quantities And Scopes Of Work For Individual Residential Premises In Buildings Administered By The Housing Management Company In Gorzów Wielkopolski; Attention! The Works Will Be Carried Out In Active Buildings In Uninhabited Premises, Constituting Municipal Resources. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Access To Utilities, I.E. Water And Electricity. It Is Possible To Store Equipment And Construction Materials In The Premises Where The Works Will Be Carried Out, However, This Is Done At The Contractors Own Risk.3. The Ordering Party Requires That Specialist Works Be Performed By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Professional Qualifications. In Particular, This Applies To: • Works On Gas Installations - Group G3 Gas Qualifications Are Required In The Scope Of Operation (E), And The Supervision Of A Person With Supervisory Qualifications (D) Is Recommended; • Works On Electrical Installations - Required Sep Qualifications (G1) In The Scope Of Operation (E). In The Case Of Works Related To Chimney Ducts Or Ventilation, It Is Required To Ensure The Participation Of A Person With The Qualifications Of A Master Craftsman Chimney Sweep.4. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory And Complementary In The Sense That If Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities In The Execution Are Found, The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence.
