Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Revitalization Of The City Of Kępno - Task 2. Adaptation Of The Western Railway Station Into A Cultural Center. The Task In Question Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula, Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And Annexes To This Program, Constituting Appendix No. 7 To Swz - Documentation.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Stages. Stage 1 Of The Subject Of The Order - Design Work Up To And Including Obtaining A Building Permit. Design Work Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With All Applicable Regulations And Standards, Based On The Functional And Utility Program And Annexes To The Program (Appendix No. 7 To Swz). Stage 2 Of The Subject Of The Order - Construction Works To Be Performed On The Basis Of The Developed Construction Design And The Administrative Decision Obtained, Referred To In Stage 1.3. The Material Scope Of Stage I Includes Design Works, Based On Annex No. 7 To Swz.3.1. As Part Of The Design Work, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To:1. Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes.2. Obtaining Documents Regarding The Legal Status Of The Investment Site And Making Arrangements With The Owners Or Managers Of The Work Site.3. Performing All Necessary Tests And Supplementary Analyzes Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of Design Documentation.4. Preparation Of Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Designs For Each Industry.5. Development Of Executive And As-Built Designs.6. Prepared By Stwiorb.7. Carrying Out All Necessary Studies Required For The Implementation Of The Investment, Commissioning And Proper Operation, Including Possible Projects To Remove Conflicts With The Existing Underground Infrastructure;8. Obtaining Pzt, Pt And Pw Approval Of Each Element Of The Design Documentation By The Ordering Party/Supervision Inspector, As Well As All Other Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Design And Perform Construction Works And Put The Network Into Operation; Obtains Consents From The Owners Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure Regarding Access To Utilities Necessary For The Period Of Carrying Out The Works.9. Preparation Of Information Regarding The Bioz Plan.10. Obtaining A Decision Approving The Construction Design And Granting A Building Permit.11. Preparation Of A Detailed Bill Of Quantities.12. Preparation Of A Detailed Construction Cost Estimate, On The Basis Of Which Partial Settlements Will Be Made.13. All Designs Are Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party Before Submitting An Application To Obtain A Building Permit On Their Basis. Note: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For The Developed Design Documentation For A Period Of At Least 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Documentation In A Mutually Signed Acceptance Protocol.
