The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Aggregate In A Total Quantity Of Approximately 300 Mg (T) With The Possibility Of Replacing Some Of It With Other Fractions Of Crushed Stone At The Same Price. It Is Planned To Purchase A Lump With A Fraction Of 4-31.5 Mm With The Possibility Of Replacing It With Crushed Stone With A Fraction Of 31.5-64 Mm In The Event Of Such A Demand. The Ordered Quantity Of Material May Change, In Particular The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Order In An Incomplete Quantity, If Necessary. Ordering Party. The Material Is To Be Delivered To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, The Planned Unloading Place - A Hardened Square In The Wielopole Skrzyńskie Commune, Using Our Own Transport Successively As Needed To Use The Ordered Quantity. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Delivery Of The Entire Subject Of The Order At One Time. The Bidder Will Be Obliged To Issue (For Each Car) A Wz Document, Which Will Indicate The Amount Of Material Delivered. This Document Should Be Provided To The Ordering Party Upon Receipt Of The Material. Payment For The Delivered Material Will Be Made Successively After Delivery Of Part Of The Material, With A Frequency Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Materials In Question Should Be Of Low Abrasion And Frost-Resistant. The Quality Of The Material Sold Should Meet The Relevant Standards.
