The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Works Involving The Construction Of A Family Support Center Building In Kluczbork Along With The Accompanying Technical Infrastructure. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Is An Integral Part Of This Tor. The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Works: 1) Development Of The Plot: A) Construction Of Installation Connections, B) Construction Of Sidewalks And Terraces For Pedestrian Traffic, C) Construction Of A Gravel Band Around The Building, D) Location Of A Place For Collecting Solid Waste, With Waste Segregation, E) Planting Of Low And High Greenery, F) Construction Of A Lawn, G) Construction Of A Retention Tank For Rainwater Used For Subsequent Watering Green Areas. 2) Construction Of The Building: A) Construction Of Foundations, External And Internal Load-Bearing Walls And Partitions, Floors On The Ground, Roof Structure, Installation Of Windows And Doors And Electrically Controlled External Roller Shutters B) Construction Of Internal Water And Sewage Installations, Including Fittings; Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Telecommunications And Photovoltaic With Energy Storage, C) Finishing Works: Roof Covering, Thermal, Moisture-Proof, Water-Proof And Acoustic Insulation Of Walls, Floor On The Ground And Roof; Internal And External Plasters, External And Internal Wall Cladding, Floor Cladding, Painting.3.
