The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In Region Iii On Roads Subject To Winter Maintenance In The Communes Of Przykona, Dobra, Turek And Brudzew, In The Winter Season 2026/2027, Consisting Of Snow Removal And Ice Removal Services (Winter Slipperiness) On The Roads. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex To The Swzb) Description Of Standards For Winter Maintenance Of District Roads And Streets In The Winter Season - Annex To The Swzc) List Of Roads For Snow Removal And Places To Be Sanded - Annex To The Swzd) Map Of District Roads For Snow Removal And Places To Be Sprinkled (Illustrative Material) - Annex To The Swze) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Draft Contract) - Annex To The Swz The Scope Of Services Will Depend On Prevailing Weather Conditions. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Not Using All The Required Equipment. The Ordering Party Reserves The Absolute Right To Change The Location Of The Services Within The Entire District, Regardless Of The Region For Which The Contract Is Concluded. The Contractor Guarantees, Throughout The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract, That The Quantity And Type Of Equipment Will Be Made Available To The Ordering Party In Order To Perform The Winter Road Maintenance Service, In Accordance With The Quantity And Type Declared In The Offer. The Equipment Must Be Fully Ready And Technically Functional. If This Condition Is Not Met, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Apply Sanctions Resulting From The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Must Have 24-Hour Availability And Ensure Telephone Communication With The Winter Operation Command Point And The Operating Equipment (During The Operation Of The Equipment, The Contractor Must Provide The Ordering Party With Constant Telephone Contact With The Driver), Provide A Dispatcher Who Will Supervise The Work Related To Winter Maintenance And Keep Records Of The Equipments Operation And Coordinate The Operation Of The Equipment With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Must Provide The Ordering Party With The Contact Details Of The Above-Mentioned Persons On An Ongoing Basis
