The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of The Delivery And Installation Of 22 Complete Household Sewage Treatment Plants With Connections To The Sanitary Sewage System Of Residential Buildings And The Disposal Of Treated Sewage, As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Construction Of Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plants In The Celestynów Commune In 2026. 2. The Delivered Devices Are To Be Complete, Brand New Products.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Celestynów Commune. The List Of Locations Where Home Sewage Treatment Plants Will Be Built Is Provided In Annex 8 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Address Of The Location Of The Home Sewage Treatment Plant If The Property Owner Resigns From Participating In The Project.4. Household Sewage Treatment Plants Must Comply With The Pn En 12566-3+A2:2013 Standard (The Devices Must Have The Ce Mark);5. The Scope Of Construction Of Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plants Includes: 1) Preparatory Works In The Form Of Equipment And Security Of The Construction Site And Geodetic Marking Of The Treatment Plant Facilities; 2) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of 22 Home Sewage Treatment Plants And Sewage Pumping Stations; 3) Construction Of Sewage Connections; 4) Construction Of Sewage Disposal Devices And Electrical Connections; 5) Technical And Technological Commissioning And Measurements Of The Complete Treatment Plant; 6) Preparation Of Documentation Photographic;7) Testing Of Raw And Treated Sewage (Bod5, Cod And Suspensions) For Min. 11 Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party;8) Conducting Individual Training For Users Of All 22 Sewage Treatment Plants;9) Preparing And Providing Users With A Detailed Operating Manual;10) Performing An As-Built Surveying Inventory And Preparing As-Built Documentation;11) Carrying Out Annual Inspections During The Warranty Period. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Size Of The Order May Be Reduced Taking Into Account The Possibility Of Some Residents Resigning From The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants During The Implementation Of The Task For Reasons Beyond The Ordering Partys Control. If The Owner Of The Plot Resigns From Building A Home Sewage Treatment Plant And The Ordering Party Fails To Indicate Another Location, The Value Of The Order Will Be Reduced By The Amount At Which The Treatment Plant Was Valued In Accordance With The Offer Cost Estimate Presented By The Contractor Before Signing The Contract.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Documentation Attached To This Swz:1) Design Documentation For 22 Home Sewage Treatment Plants;2) Bills Of Quantities;3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.8. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract And Other Details Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Contract Template - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
