The Task Is Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In: Collection (Loading), Transport And Disposal Of Waste Containing Asbestos From Real Estate Located In The Koźminek Commune.2. The Scope Of The Task Includes: Collection, Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Containing Asbestos At A Landfill (Corrugated Asbestos-Cement Boards, Pressed Flat Boards, Karo Boards, Including Shredded Ones). The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products To Be Collected, Loaded, Transported And Disposed Of At A Hazardous Waste Landfill In Accordance With The Notifications Of Building Owners Was Determined As The Maximum Amount In Mg. The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos Products Subject To The Service Is 35 Mg. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Final Amount Of Asbestos To Be Collected May Change, Either Increase Or Decrease. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Was Prepared On The Basis Of The Notifications And Includes Estimated Quantities Of Products To Be Disposed Of. On The Day Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Receive From The Ordering Party A List Of Properties From Which Products Containing Asbestos Are To Be Removed In Order To Contact The Owners Of The Properties And Agree On The Date Of Performance Of The Service. The Date For Collecting Asbestos-Containing Products Should Be Convenient For The Property Owner, But No Longer Than The Period Specified In The Concluded Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Date Of Collection Of Asbestos-Containing Products With The Owner (Possessor) Of The Property Where The Service Is To Be Performed. The Contractor Also Submits The Work Schedule To The Mayor Of The Commune Within 5 Working Days Before The Commencement Of Work In The Commune In Order To Enable The Communes Representative To Be Present Each Time The Waste Is Collected And Weighed At The Residents Property And To Certify This Fact In Each Acceptance Report. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Referred To Above, Due To The Fact That The Quantities Of Asbestos-Containing Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are Estimated. The Basis For The Actual Settlement Will Be The Acceptance Protocol Signed By The Owner Of The Property And The Waste Transfer Card To The Waste Landfill. Completing All Formalities And Covering All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. All Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order (E.G. Securing The Collection Site, Setting Up Facilities And Devices Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Securing Existing Facilities Against Damage And Others), Are Carried Out By The Contractor On His Own.
