1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Maintenance Materials And Accessories For The 45Th Military Economic Division.2. The Goods Delivered By The Contractor Will Be Of Grade I, Brand New, Packed In The Manufacturers Original Packaging, If Any.3. The Delivered Goods In A Given Product Range Should Be From The Same Manufacturer, Meet All Quality Standards And Have The Required Technical Parameters.4. The Delivered Goods Must Be Marked With A Barcode: A) The Goods Must Be Marked With A Barcode In Accordance With Decision No. 3/Mon Of The Minister Of National Defense Of January 3, 2014 On The Guidelines Specifying The Requirements For Barcode Marking Of Products Delivered To The Ministry Of National Defense. The Delivered Goods Should Be Marked In Accordance With Point 4 Point 1 Point 5 (Material Group 5) Above. Decision. The Labels Used Should Meet The Requirements Specified In 5 For Material Group 5 Above. Decision. B) The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Submit The Completed Product Card In Electronic Form (Ms Excel Format) To The Recipient Of The Order Product. The Contractor Should Include The Gtin Number And Additional Data Of The Product In The Product Card (In Accordance With Annex No. 6 Of The Above-Mentioned Decision). The Contractor Should Submit The Completed Product Card To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Day Of Delivery. C) The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Provide A Warranty Card For Each Delivered Item Of Goods; The Goods Must Be Delivered In Packaging Protecting Against Quantitative And Qualitative Changes.5. The Contract Template, Annex No. 5 To The Swz And The Price Form, Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Supplement The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of Order6. The Offered Subject Of The Order Cannot Differ In Quality From The Desired Products Listed In Column 2 Of The Pricing Form. Additionally, The Contractor Is Obliged To Add In Column 3 Data Clearly Defining The Offered Product, Providing The Name Of The Offered Goods/Manufacturer And A Marking That Will Allow For Clear Identification Of The Product. If There Is No Marking, The Contractor Enters Other Parameters That Allow For The Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Product. In The Absence Of The Required Data, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5.7. The Name Of The Offered Product Constitutes The Substantive Content Of The Offer, Because It Serves To Identify And Specify The Offered Subject Of The Order And The Subsequent Subject Of The Contract, So The Failure Of The Contractor To Provide The Name Of The Product (Name Given By The Manufacturer) If The Ordering Party Required This Name In The Provisions Of The Specification, Results In The Content Of The Offer Being Inconsistent With The Content Of The Specification.
