1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In A Warehouse Building, Located On Plots No. 263/1; 264; 265 In Czerwonka Włościańska, Commune. Czerwonka, Poviat Makowski, Province Masovian Voivodeship. The Facility Was Built In The 1970S. The Project Is Implemented As Part Of Two Tasks, The Objectives Of Which Are: 1) Task 1 - Creation Of A Municipal Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse In Part Of The Building (With A Usable Area Of ​​286.36 M2) - Mainly In The Event Of Crisis Situations, Such As Military Threats, Natural Disasters Or Other Extraordinary Events; 2) Task 2 - Creation Of A Warehouse In Part Of The Building (With A Usable Area Of 147.24 M2) For The Purposes Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. The Construction Works Being The Subject Of This Order Should Be Performed In The Building Referred To Above, With The Following Parameters: A) Building Area 471.00 M2b) Usable Area 433.60 M2c) Total Area 445.23 M2d) Volume 2081.00 M3e) Net Volume 1688.00 M3f) Height 4.99 Mg) Length 37.09 Mh) Width 13.05 Mi) Number Of Floors 1 Above Groundthe Implementation Of The Task Assumes The Performance Of The Following Construction Works In The Building (Applies Jointly To Task 1 And Task 2): 1) Replacement Roof Covering; 2) Insulation And External Façade Of The Building; 3) Replacement Of Windows And Doors; 4) Modernization Of Internal Plasters And Painting; 5) Replacement Of Floors And Laying Stoneware (In Part Of The Building); 6) Modernization Of The Electrical Installation By Installing A New: Power Installation And Plug Sockets, Basic Lighting Installation, Emergency Lighting Installation, Earthing And Lightning Protection Installation, Structured Cabling Installation; 7) Construction Of Sanitary Installations (Including Connection To The Septic Tank And Connection Of The Water Supply); 8) Other Works Indicated In The Architectural And Construction Design. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: - The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; - The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 9A (Task 1) And No. 9B (Task 2) To The Swz; - The Construction Design, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. Note: The Construction Design In Its Content, Apart From The Execution Of External And Internal Works In The Building Which Is The Subject Of This Swz, Includes The Scope Of Construction Of A Truck Scale (60 T) As Well As Landscaping (Fencing, Gates, Hardening, Plantings) And The Construction Of A Shelter For Containers - Not The Subject Of The Order. According To The Attached Project, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Only The Works Specified In Detail In The Bill Of Quantities (Appendices 9A, 9B).3. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected Will Prepare Bid Cost Estimates Before Concluding The Contract, Based On The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz, Divided Into Tasks 1 And 2.
