Tenders are invited for Meter Reading & Revenue Protection Services Fees QR 750000 Bid Bond QR 750,000.00 Start Purchase Date: 08-07-2026 07:30:00 End Purchase Date: 13-08-2026 12:30:00 Description: The scope of this project is to carry out meter reading and revenue protection activities for KAHRAMAA. The primary activity involves the collection of electricity and water meter readings to ensure accurate billing and monitoring of consumption. In addition to meter reading, the scope includes related field activities such as the disconnection and reconnection of electricity and water services, as instructed by KAHRAMAA. It is also required to secure the service cabinets with tamper-resistant locks. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary resources required to execute the scope efficiently, including skilled manpower, supervision, tools, transportation, and operational support. All activities shall be performed in accordance with KAHRAMAAs requirements, procedures, and operational standards Notes: · Fees are non-refundable · The offer must be submitted with a bank guarantee (in the amount of provisional bid bond) issued by a Qatari Bank or by a bank operating in Qatar. · Offers are to be submitted separately, technical and commercial. · Successful bidder has to submit a Bank Guarantee (Performance Bond) with value equal to 10% of the awarded value. · KAHRAMAA has the right during the contract period, after approval of the committee, to increase or decrease the quantities, services or works, in line with the Tenders & Auctions Law and its regulations. · Last date for receiving clarification is 7 days before the Bid Closing Date. · Date for opening of the offer is on the next working day from Bid Closing Date, as per the Tenders Committee meeting.
