Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Calibration Equipment for the National Laboratory Equipment Calibration Center The Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) or equivalent. The method of payment shall be through banks authorized to receive non tax revenue. Lot 01 UGX 5,500,000 (Uganda Shillings Five Million Five Hundred Thousand) or its equivalent in United States Dollars from a commercial bank regulated by Bank of Uganda. Lot 02 UGX 11,500,000 (Uganda Shillings Eleven Million Five Hundred Thousand) or its equivalent in United States Dollars from a commercial bank regulated by Bank of Uganda. Lot 03 UGX 2,400,000 (Uganda Shillings Two Million Four Hundred Thousand) or its equivalent in United States Dollars from a commercial bank regulated by Bank of Uganda. a. Publish bid notice 6th July 2026 b. Pre-bid meeting, where applicable: 16th July 2026 c. Bid closing date 3rd August 2026 d. Evaluation process (Within 10 working days from the bid closing date) e. Display and communication of best evaluated bidder notice (Within 5 working daysfrom Contracts Committee award) f.
