The Directorate For Administration And Financial Management (Dfø) Is Inviting A Competition For The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Delivery Of An Evaluation Of The Trainee Program In The State. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Contract For The Delivery Of An Evaluation Of The States Trainee Program For People With Disabilities And Gaps In The Cv, And To Make Recommendations For Increased Use Of The Program In State Enterprises. The Evaluation Will Assess How The Program Works In Practice, Identify Key Barriers And Success Factors, And Shed Light On Both The Businesses Use And The Participants Experiences.
