The Citys Technical Department Maps The Vehicle And Work Machine Tracking Systems On The Market. The Object Of Monitoring Are The Citys Own Vehicles And Work Machines, Which Are Used E.G. In The Maintenance Of Streets And Areas (Winter Maintenance, Sandblasting, Brushing, Maintenance Of Green Areas) And Property Management. The Monitoring Also Creates An Electronic Driving Log. The City Currently Uses A Vehicle Tracking System. The Goal Is To Find A Solution That Is As Simple And Easy To Use As Possible For The Staff, So That The System Can Be Truly Utilized In Daily Work. Preliminary Scope: Permanently Installed Gps Positioning Devices For Around 40 Vehicles And Work Machines, As Well As A Browser-Based Map Monitoring And Reporting Service. The Number Of Devices Will Be Specified During The Preparation Of The Purchase. The Preliminary Goal Of The Purchase Is – A Fixed, Vehicle-Mounted Gps Positioning Device (Not Mobile Application-Based Positioning).– Separation Of Types Of Work, Especially In Winter Maintenance (Ploughing, Sanding/Anti-Skid, Brushing) And Other Maintenance And Emergency Work – Browser-Based Real-Time Map Monitoring And Subsequent Reporting (E.G. Driving Routes, Work Performance, Time Stamps).– The Monitoring Targets Vehicles And Work Performance, Not Employees, But The Driver Must Be Identified For The Driving Log. The System Is Not Used For Personal Tracking, But The Work Done And The Location Of The Vehicle Can Be Verified With The System - Ease Of Use For Both Drivers (Minimum Operating Procedures In The Cab) And Office Users. - Verification Of Maintenance Work Afterwards, For Example In Damage Compensation And Feedback Situations. - Cost-Effective Overall Solution Compared To The Current System
