The Property Represents Significant Values Linked To Agricultural Production, Cultural Landscape, Cultural History, Teaching, Recreation And Other Social Purposes. Nordland County Council Wants To Have Alternative Models For Future Ownership And Organization Of Bodin Farm Investigated. The Investigation Shall Provide A Comprehensive Decision-Making Basis For Political Treatment And Shed Light On The Economic, Legal, Agricultural And Societal Consequences Of Various Solutions. Among Other Things, Models Based On Continued Direct County Municipal Ownership, Company Organisation, Foundation, Public-Private Collaboration, Long-Term Leasing Arrangements, Partial Or Full Disposal, As Well As Possible Combination Solutions Will Be Assessed. The Investigation Shall Not Be Limited To These Alternatives, But Also Identify And Assess Other Relevant Forms Of Ownership And Organization That Can Contribute To Safeguarding The Propertys Values And Societal Functions In The Long Term.
