The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of The Childrens Kitchen, Municipal Home Social Patronage, Home For Old People In The Village Of Bohot, Social And Childrens Facilities On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pleven. The Subject And Volume Of The Public Procurement, Including Each Of The Individual Items, Includes The Performance Of Periodic Supplies Of Food And Food Products, With Characteristics And Estimated Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification For The Respective Item, As Follows: - Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery Of Meat And Meat Products; - Separate Position No. 2 - Supply Of Milk And Milk Products; - Separate Position No. 3 - Delivery Of Bread, Bakery Products And Flour; - Separate Position No. 4 - Delivery Of Pulses, Spices, Sugar Products, Nuts, Etc.; - Separate Position No. 5 - Delivery Of Fruits, Vegetables And Canned Goods; - Special Position No. 6 - Delivery Of Eggs; The Type And Characteristics Of The Food Products Are Specified In The Technical Specification - For Each Specific Item. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Approximate. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Entire Specified Amount Of Food Products By Type And/Or Number, Without Any Adverse Consequences For Him. The Contracting Authority Will Declare The Delivery Of Food Products, According To The Arising Need Of The Contracting Authority. In The Subject Of The Public Procurement, In The Separate Groups Of Food Products, Products Marked Bio Are Included, Which Will Be Delivered During The Execution Of The Contract, And The Same Should Be In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 On Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And On The Repeal Of Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007 Of The Council And With Its Implementing Acts.
