Selection Of A Consultant For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of Objects. Separated Position No. 1: Major Repair Of Streets In The Villages Of Sinyo Berdo And Village Of Kurnovo. Separate Position No. 2: Major Repair Of Streets In Radovene Village, Karash Village And Stoyanovtsi Village. The Following Activities Are Included In The Subject Of The Order: Exercising Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction On The Relevant Separate Positions Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, Including Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Used In The Construction, Which Ensures The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On The Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Construction Is Put Into Operation, Including Control Of The Quantities, Quality And Compliance Of The Construction And Installation Works Performed With The Contract For The Implementation Of The M&D Of The Site, As Well As The Other Activities - Subject Of The M&D Contract; Preparation Of The Final Report On The Construction/S, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 On The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, Preparation Of A Technical Passport For The Construction, According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Art. 14 Et Seq. Of Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions; Management Of Commissioning Processes Until The Issuance Of A Permit For Use Or Certificate Of Commissioning, Depending On The Category Of Construction For The Site; Liability Under Art. 168 Para. 7 Of The Zut Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Periods For The Relevant Types Of Smr Under The Respective Separate Items. For Separate Position No. 1 And No. 2: Construction Is The Fourth Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1. Item 4, Letter A And E Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). ​​​​​​​
