The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery, Ongoing Repair And Replacement Of A Section Of The Heat Pipe On The Iii-A Iskar Highway In The Hristo Smirnenski Residential Area From The Chamber Kхс5-1 To The As Of Bl. 65 And To The Ac Of Bl. 66”. The Contracting Authority Envisages The Following Main Activities To Be Carried Out: Delivery And Implementation Of Dismantling And Assembly Works To Replace Compromised Sections Of The Heat Transfer Network; Organization Of The Activities Of Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of The Construction And Other Waste, Which Arose As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Activities For The Realization Of The Object, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Waste Management, As Well As All Amendments And Additions And The Ordinance On The Management Of Construction Waste And On The Use Of Recycled Construction Materials, As Well As All Amendments And Additions. With Regard To The Delivered And Installed Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Technical Specification (Pipes And Elements, Shut-Off Fittings, Insulation, Products, Building Materials, Etc.) Must Meet The Requirements, The Cited Regulations And Standards, Be Accompanied By A Certificate And Declaration Of Compliance, According To Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 5, 2015 On The Conditions And Procedure For The Installation Of Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Bulgaria, As Well As All Amendments And Additions And To Comply With: Basic Technical Requirements For Installed Pipes And Materials For Heat Pipes With Hot Water Heat Carrier During Their Design And Implementation, Approved By Toplofikatsia Sofia Ead, Effective From June 2013; Basic Technical Requirements For Subscriber Stations With Hot Water Heat Carrier, Approved By Toplofikatsia Sofia Ead.
