Tenders Are Invited For Software Supply Services – Tender For A Contract Regarding The Supply, Operation, Maintenance, Support And Further Development Of An Internet-Based Booking System For The Armed Forces Pool Vehicles
Software Supply Services – Tender For A Contract Regarding The Supply, Operation, Maintenance, Support And Further Development Of An Internet-Based Booking System For The Armed Forces Pool Vehicles. The Ministry Of Defences Material And Procurement Agency (Fmi) Wishes To Enter Into A Contract Regarding The Delivery, Operation, Maintenance, Support And Further Development Of An Internet-Based Booking System For The Armed Forces Pool Vehicles. The Existing System Is To Be Replaced By A More Modern, Reliable And User-Friendly Solution That Supports Efficient Booking, Loaning And Return Of Pool Vehicles As Well As Giving Fmi Access To Relevant Operating And Administration Data. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Ensure The Armed Forces A Comprehensive Solution That, With A Minimum Of Resource Consumption From Fmi Enables Safe, Flexible And Efficient Management Of Pool Vehicles Across The Organization. The Solution Must Support Both Open And Closed Vehicle Pools, As Well As Contribute To High Availability And Continuity Of The Defenses Transport Solutions. The Contract Includes The Suppliers Delivery, Operation, Support And Further Development Of The Entire System, Including The Application And The Necessary Infrastructure, As Well As The Delivery, Installation And Operation Of Electronic Sharing Equipment In The Vehicles A Start-Up Period Consisting Of A Development Period And An Implementation Period In Which The System Is Adapted, Developed And Put Into Operation In Accordance With Fmis Requirements. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Delivery Of The Application As Well As For The Hosting Of The System On Servers Located In Denmark, And The Supplier Is Responsible For The Operation Of The Underlying Infrastructure. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Integration Of Existing Data On Users, Pools, And Bookings Reuse Of Already Installed Electronic Equipment. The System Must Support Self-Service Access For Fmi And A 24-Hour Help Desk. The Contract Can Be Extended For Up To 24 Months. The Maximum Duration Of The System Is 6 Months. 25,000 Users And 2,800 Pool Vehicles. During The Contract Period, The Solution Is Expected To Be Able To Handle Up To 5,000 Pool Vehicles. However, In View Of The Uncertain International Security Situation, The Defense Needs An Option To Be Able To Scale The Solution, So That The Application And The Associated Infrastructure Can Be Expanded To Handle Up To 10,000 Pool Vehicles Without Deterioration In Functionality, Response Times Or The Other Requirements And Service Targets Set Out In The Contract.In Addition, The Contract Includes An Option Regarding The Choice Of Access Technology For Pool
