The Bshe Is A Maintenance And Operational Maintenance Facility For The Equipment In The Lmj Experiment Hall, Characterized By: • A Footprint Of Approx. 5,000 M2; • A Total Surface Area Of Approx. 7,500 M2; • Approx. 100 Premises Spread Over Two Levels (N0 And N+1); • Reinforced Concrete Building: 3 Functional Blocks And 6 Structural Blocks; • Pile Foundations; • Volume Of Concrete Of Around 9,000 M3; • Nuclear Ventilation (Flow Rate 70,000 M3/H); • Clean Rooms (Iso6) With Recyclers Or Ffu (200,000 M3/H); • An Installed Electrical Power Of Around 1,200 Kva; • 1 Discharge Outlet. The Trades Required For The Construction Of The Installation Are Grouped Into 3 Separate Contracts. The Ibs-A Market Subject To This Notice Covers: • Roads And Various Networks (Vrd), Green Spaces; • Final Earthworks; • Structural Work; • Finishing Work (Painting And Coverings, Carpentry, Locksmithing And Metalwork, Partitions, Cladding And Roofing, Waterproofing/Insulation); • Metal Framework (Including Emissary); • Reblocking Of Hoppers; • Non-Nuclear Means Of Handling (Bridges/Freight Lifts); • Site Management (Business Base, Maintenance Of Site Operational Conditions, Provision Of Easements, Pro Rata, Common Interest Expenses, Etc.). The Equipment In The Lmj Experiment Hall Is Maintained In Operational Conditions In Part In Iso6 Level Clean Room Premises With High Humidity And Temperature Control Requirements. The Building Is Sized To Take Into Account The Risk Of Radioactive Contamination Of The Equipment To Be Maintained. The Ibs-B Market Concerns Ventilation (Nuclear, Conventional, Iso6 Cleanliness) And Fluids And Effluents. The Ibs-C Market Concerns Electricity, High Currents, Low Currents, Sensitive Industrial Low Currents And Radiation Protection Instrumentation. The Expected Services Include For The Technical Scope Described Above: • Execution, Manufacturing, Assembly, Control And Testing Studies, • Procurement, Factory Manufacturing, Associated Testing And Qualifications, • On-Site Assembly And Integration, As Well As Associated Testing And Qualifications, • Opr, Doe And Acceptance Of The Work.
