Software Package And Information Systems – Operations System Cultural School. The Customer Intends To Procure A New Business System For The Cultural School As A Saas (Software As A Service) Service. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Carry Out An Advertised Procurement And Sign A Strategic, Long-Term Contract That Secures The School Of Cultures Operations And Contributes To Increased Quality, Availability And Efficiency. The Procurement Concerns An Operating System. The System Constitutes A Strategic And Long-Term Investment With Significant Efforts And Costs For Introduction, Training And Integration With E.G. Financial Systems And Other Existing Systems. The New Agreement Will Create Stable, Legally Secure And Transparent Conditions For The Delivery Of High-Quality Services. The Agreement Must Also Support The Culture Schools Goal Of Being An Accessible And Inclusive Activity For Children And Young People In The Municipality. Through The Project, The Needs Of The Business Must Be Clarified, Coordinated And Translated Into A Contract. Delimitations The Procurement Is Limited To The School Of Culture, The Cultural Strategy Unit And The Council Park In Huddinge Municipality. The Procurement Refers To An Agreement For The Saas Service That Is Requested, Not The Ongoing Administration Within The School Of Culture, The Cultural Strategy Unit Or The Council Park In Huddinge Municipality. The Project Does Not Include The Procurement Of Adjacent Or Supporting Services Which Are Already Regulated By Existing Municipal Agreements. Special Conditions In This Procurement, The Supplier Is Expected To Actively Contribute To To Fulfill Set Sustainability Goals And Support The Cultural Schools Educational And Social Mission: The Activity Is Aimed At Children And Young People, Which Places High Demands On Safety, Accessibility And Pedagogical Adaptation. Deliveries Or Services Need To Work In Several Different Premises (Schools, Cultural Premises, External Stages And In The Council Park), Which Requires Flexibility. Equipment And Materials Are Often Used By Many Users, Which Places Extra High Demands On The Possibility Of Monitoring E.G. Instruments And Other Equipment Need For Flexible Deliveries In Time With Semesters, Course Starts And Variations In The Number Of Students. Limited Financial Frameworks Require Cost-Effectiveness And A Life-Cycle Perspective. The Business Has A Mission To Be Inclusive, Which Means Demands For Accessible And Inclusive Solutions. The Business May Be Dependent On Quick Support To Avoid Interruptions In Teaching. There Is A Need For Long-Term And Stable Supplier Relationships Rather Than Short-Term Deliveries.
