The Tenderer Wishes To Rent The Number Of Vehicles Specified Below Within The Vehicle Categories Of Each Vehicle Class (Basic Quantity): -Pick-Up (4 Doors): 8 Units - Kombi Hybrid: 9 Units - 4X4: 9 Units The Tenderer Wishes To Rent The Number Of Vehicles Specified Below Within The Vehicle Categories Of Each Vehicle Class Wants To Rent A Vehicle (Optional Quantity): - Pick-Up (4-Door): 2 Pcs - Kombi Hybrid: 2 Pcs - 4X4: 3 Pcs. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The Fact That The 60-Month Rental Contract Applies To New Vehicles To Be Purchased. The Task Of The Winning Tenderer Is To Provide The Leasing Of Motor Vehicles And Fleet Management Services During The Term Of The Individual Lease Agreement Concluded Under The Scope Of The Framework Agreement In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Documents. The Delivery Deadline Is Determined As Follows After The Order (I.E. The Conclusion Of The Individual Rental Agreement (Hereafter: Ebsz)) Is Determined As Follows: In The Case Of Each Category, The Delivery Deadline From The Conclusion Of The Ebsz, In The Case Of Orders Placed Within 10 Working Days After The Conclusion Of The Contract, According To The Commitment Made By The Winning Tenderer For The 5Th Evaluation Sub-Criterion, Which Can Be A Maximum Of 200 Days For Each Individual Vehicle Category For New Vehicles. The Excel Table Called Planned Basic Quantity And Option Quantity Contains The List Of Vehicles Planned To Be Ordered Within 10 Working Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract And Beyond. The Lessee Undertakes To Draw Down The Planned Basic Quantity As Recorded In The Excel Table Called Planned Basic Quantity And Option Quantity. For All Three Categories, The Delivery Deadline From The Conclusion Of The Ebsz Is Uniformly 300 Days For Vehicles Ordered More Than 10 Working Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including Vehicles Ordered Under The Option. During The Active Period Of The Framework Contract, It Is Possible To Recall Vehicles Within The Framework Of Ebsz.
