Natural Gas - Natural Gas Procurement 2026-27. Procurement Of Piped Natural Gas For The Tenderers For The Gas Year 2026-27, Within The Framework Of A Full Supply-Based Natural Gas Energy Commercial Contract, For The Purpose Of Purchasing A Total Of 12,482,227 Kwh/Year Of Natural Gas (Contracted Quantity). Ak Is Entitled To Exercise A Maximum +/- 15% Quantity Deviation Free Of Charge. Permissible Deviations From The Contracted Natural Gas Quantities Determined Separately For Each Tenderer Must Be Handled Together For All The Contracted Natural Gas Quantities Included In The Procedure, And Must Be Fulfilled Jointly By The Joint Tenderers As Users. However, The Joint Performance Of The Users Does Not Result In A Joint Commitment To The Merchant Regarding Their Obligations. In View Of This, If A User Purchases With A Deviation Beyond The Permitted Deviation From His Own Contracted Natural Gas Quantity, He Shall Be Exempted From The Legal Consequences Of The Breach Of Contract, If The Combined Purchase Of The Users Remains Within The Limits Of The Total Quantity Specified In Each Of The Users Contracts. Invoicing: Per User Specified By The Bidder, As Different Paying Party, Per Month. Payment Deadline: 15 Days From The Day The Invoice Is Duly Issued.
