For Buildings (Buildings And Land) That Belong To The Public And Private Domain/ Constanta County Administration. Framework Agreement For 24 Months, With A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators, With The Partial Resumption Of The Competition, For Cadastre Services And Registration In The Land Register / Updating / Sticking / Dismantling / Repositioning / Surveying, Etc. For Buildings (Buildings And Land) That Belong To The Public And Private Domain/ Constanta County Administration. Maximum Estimated Value Framework Agreement, With The Possibility Of Additional 50%: 976,222.36 Lei Without Vat (Related Value Possible Additional 50% Framework Agreement-325,542.65 Lei Without Vat); Maximum Estimated Value Framework Agreement: 650,679.71 Lei Without Vat; Minimum Estimated Value Framework Agreement 540.74 Lei Without Vat; Maximum Estimated Value For 1 Subsequent Contract 344,300.00 Lei Without Vat; Minimum Estimated Value For 1 Subsequent Contract 469.04 Lei Without Vat. The Quantities Are Presented In The Annex To The Specifications, To Which A Percentage Of 50% Has Been Added Representing Possible Additions Of Buildings/Lands That Require Cadastral Services. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Public Procurement Contract, During Its Validity Period, May Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Paragraph (1) Letter A) From Law No. 98/2016 And The Provisions Of Anap Instruction No. 1/2021. The Promisor-Acquirer Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Quantity Estimated At The Level Of The Award Documentation By Up To A Maximum Of 50% Of The Maximum Quantity For The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, For Each Category Of Services Separately. The Price Of The Services That Will Be Purchased Additionally Based On The Revision Clause Will Be That Of The Financial Proposal That Is The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, The Time Period In Which This Option Can Be Used By The Promising Purchaser: For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract. The Evaluation Of The Offers Is Related To The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Without Supplement, By Reference To The Unit Rate And The Maximum Amount Of Services (Not Supplemented). Based On The Framework Agreement, It Is Estimated That Between 1 And 6 Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded, The Minimum Frequency Of Which Is 1 Subsequent Contract Per Year, And The Maximum Frequency Of 3 Subsequent Contracts Per Year. Each Subsequent Contract That Will Be Concluded Will Contain One Or More Buildings, Land And/Or Constructions. The Buildings That Will Be The Subject Of Each Subsequent Contract Will Be Established By The Constanța County Council According To The Priorities At That Time. The Framework Agreement Will Include The Following Essential Conditions Of The Future Subsequent Contracts: - The First Subsequent Contract Will Be Concluded Without The Resumption Of The Competition, Considering Art. 118, Para. 1 Lit. C) From Law No. 98/2016, With The Winning Bidder Among The 3 Signatories Of The Framework Agreement That Obtained The Highest Score. - The Other Subsequent Contracts Will End With The Resumption Of The Competition. - The Subsequent Contracts Are To Be Awarded By Resuming The Competition, In Seap
