Security-Type Printed Matter – Printing And Delivery Of Printed Matter For Cendis, S. P.. The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Negotiation Of A Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Also Agreement) Containing Contractual Conditions For The Fulfillment Of Individual Sub-Orders, The Subject Of Which Is To Ensure The Continuous Supply Of Forms Based On The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority In Order To Ensure The Production Of Forms Related To The Operation Of Vehicles On Roads (Agencies Of Vehicles And Drivers, Stk, Sme And Besip). The Exact Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract And Other Requirements For Its Implementation, Including Information, Conditions, Specifications And Other Data, Are Specified In Detail In Annex No. 1 Of The Draft Contract, Annex No. 2 – Technical Specification And According To The Graphic Previews Listed In Annex No. 3 – Graphic Previews. Ensuring The Packaging Of Printed Forms According To The Technical Specification Listed In Appendix No. 2 – Technical Specification And Costing. Furthermore, The Provision Of Transport To The Place Of Performance Of The Public Contract (See Article 3 Time And Place Of Performance Of The Public Contract). One-Off Requirements For The Production Of Printed Forms Beyond The Scope Of The Technical Specification Specified In This Procurement Documentation May Also Be Part Of The Subject Of Performance. The Supplier Undertakes To Ensure The Production Of These Forms At Prices According To The Agreed Prices, Unless Otherwise Specified. In The Event That The Production Will Require Specific Technological Procedures, Individual Production Or The Occurrence Of Other Extraordinary Costs, The Supplier Shall Submit A Price Offer To The Contracting Authority For Prior Approval Before The Performance Begins. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Request The Required Performance From Other Suppliers As Well. In The Event That The Client Receives A More Favorable Offer, Especially In Terms Of Price Or Delivery Time, He Is Entitled To Place The Order With Another Supplier Without Breaching This Contract.
