Restructuring Work - Reconstruction Of The Existing Building In The Sokol Kindergarten. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Building In The Sokol Kindergarten In Accordance With The Cost Estimate, The Project And The Contract Proposal, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation And Which Are Not Allowed To Be Changed. Note: The Subject Of Procurement Is Co-Financed From The National Recovery And Resilience Plan Of The Republic Of Croatia 2021-2026 (Official Gazette 78/21) Based On The Grant Agreement For Projects Financed From The Mechanism For Recovery And Resilience In The Financial Period 2021-2026, Reference Number Of The Grant Agreement: Npoo.C3.1.R1-I1.02.0088 U The Stated Price Includes All Costs Of Work, Materials, Machine Operation, Transport, Costs Of Excessive Use Of Roads, Fees For The Use Of Public And Other Areas, Fees, Taxes, Salaries, Overheads, Insurance, Testing And Quality Assurance, Preparatory Works, Use Of Land For The Organization Of The Construction Site, Temporary Connections Of The Building To The Communal Infrastructure And The Execution Of Temporary Connections, Auxiliary Works, Waste Disposal Costs And All Other Expenses Of The Contractor For The Completion Of The Works And Elimination Of Defects Until Full Functionality Buildings And Handover Of Built Buildings To The Client For Use. The Price Also Includes The Value Of All Replacement Works, All Unforeseen Works And All Surplus Works Necessary For The Construction To Be Completed On A Turnkey Basis. The Price Of The Works Will Not Change In The Event Of An Increase In The Price Of The Elements On The Basis Of Which The Price Was Determined.
