Business And Management Consultancy And Related Services – Framework Agreement For Integrated Project And Product Consulting. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Integrated Provision Of Services For The Disciplines Requested. This Means That, In Addition To The Individual Or Bundled Provision Of Services, The Contractor Also Carries Out Coordination Activities When Purchasing The Services. This Includes, In Particular, The Bundling Of Various Competencies (If Necessary In A Consortium, Be It As A Working Group Or With The Involvement Of Subcontractors) With The Aim Of Effectively Managing Individual Orders During Project Execution And Coordinating Them Across The Board (I.E. In The Overall View Of The Individual Orders). One Of The Contractors Core Tasks Will Therefore Be To Take On Project Management Activities In Order To Establish Or Maintain Trusting And Goal-Oriented Cooperation Between The Disciplines. When It Comes To Integrated Service Provision, Three Dimensions Must Be Taken Into Account: 1. The Cross-Disciplinary Nature Of The Service Execution, 2. The Control Of Cross-Project Collaboration And 3. The Cross-Time Element, With The Aim Of Solving Comparable Issues In A Uniform Manner. An Essential Task Of The Contractor Is Also To Establish Knowledge Management As Part Of The Coordination Of Individual Orders, So That When Processing Individual Orders It Is Ensured That The Knowledge Required From Processing Other Individual Orders Is Available Where It Is Needed. The Contractor Also Has To Take Over Both The Internal Control And The Billing Of The Service Provision By The Individual Departments. An Essential Element Of The Service Provision Is Therefore That A Coordinating Body On The Contractors Side Is Active In Addition To The Support Services In The Individual Disciplines. As The Focal Point And Contact Person For The Client, This Should Supervise, Control And Implement The Individual Requests In A Similar Way To A Network Office. This Includes, In Particular, The Standardization Of Billing, Documentation Of Service Provision And Comprehensive Knowledge Management.
